Internship Opportunity – Site Supervisor

I-GROUP International Limited is inviting applications from fresh graduates who are passionate about construction and telecommunications and are ready to gain hands-on experience in the field.

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Site Supervisor Interns for our tower construction projects across all regions of Tanzania.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering
* Freshers are encouraged to apply
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills
* Ability to prepare and submit timely reports
* Ability to identify issues early, communicate them effectively, and escalate where necessary
* Ability to work effectively in diverse work environments
